Do We Really Not Know?

On June 25, the Office of the Director for National Intelligence (ODNI) released the highly anticipated report detailing the U.S. Government’s assessment of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).

Do we really not know?

I consider this report a step forward. So far, the public has only been made aware of three UAP incidents looked into by the Pentagon.

The November 2004 USS Nimitz incident. (the “Tic-Tac” encounter)
The 2015 events involving the USS Roosevelt off the Eastern U.S. coast.
Encounters with swarms of “mystery drones” by multiple Navy destroyers off the coast of California in July 2019.

But the report summary mentioned that 144 incidents in the past 16 years. The report says “These reports describe incidents that occurred between 2004 and 2021, with the majority coming in the last two years as the new reporting mechanism became better known to the military aviation community.” I believe they are referring to the 2019 guidelines for reporting UAP. There were a great many more UAP incidents than publicly admitted. The incidents were not evenly distributed over the past 16 years. This is an ongoing situation.

The Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF) categorized 143 incidents as “unexplained.” Many people found this highly unsatisfying. There was some material in the report as to why this might be the case. Sensors are designed for specific purposes, and thus are not well suited for unknown objects. However, 80 incidents involved observation with multiple sensors (radar, infrared, electro-optical, weapon seekers, and visual observation). This gave the UAPTF a certain degree of confidence that the objects detected were physical objects.

In 18 incidents, the UAP demonstrated advanced technology including standing still in the sky, demonstrating remarkable acceleration, and being detected in some ways but undetected in others. The UAP report referred to this as “signature management.” Therefore, the 2004 Tic-Tac encounter and the 2015 USS Roosevelt events were not single events. Do we really not know?

The New Message from God teaches what is currently a minority viewpoint on the subject of extraterrestrials.

1) Intelligent extraterrestrial life exists
2) Extraterrestrials are intervening in human affairs today
3) This extraterrestrial intervention is a threat to human freedom

The UAP report neither confirmed nor contradicted the teachings of the New Message from God. But there are objects in our skies that we can neither identify nor intercept. There are many people who testify to being taken against their will. A gentleman on Twitter said, “They’re real. We don’t make them. Neither does Russia or China. Do the math.” Do we really not know?

Mysterious But Eminently Practical

This is a review of the the book Wisdom from the Greater Community, Book One. It is now Volume 6, Book 1 of the New Message from God. I am adding commentary in brackets.

Mysterious but eminently practical

Wisdom from the Greater Community, Book One is the first book to be published of the teachings of Marshall Vian Summers. It is the first book of what would only much later come to be known as the New Message from God. In the late 1980’s, Marshall Summers traveled around the United States, channeling teachings with small groups of curious individuals. The enthusiasm of the response led to the publication of this book in the early 1990’s. It is as if the source of these teachings “wished” to establish a certain credibility, by addressing important aspects of the human experience.

[In the time period that these teachings emerged, one thing they were called is “The Greater Community Way of Knowledge.” The name “New Message from God” did not emerge until the mid 00’s. It is documented where each teaching emerged.]

There are 35 chapters in this book. None of them are particularly long. They don’t have to be read in chapter order to gain the benefit. This book takes something of an oblique approach, in that it speaks of the necessary aspects of some seemingly mysterious things, such as humanity’s emergence into a “Greater Community” of intelligent life. It addresses important subjects, but there is a connection with relatively unknown subjects, most notably the development of “Knowledge” in the individual. All of the chapters in this book were received before the book “Steps to Knowledge” in May-June 1989. These chapters could therefore be thought of as how Knowledge, the deeper spiritual intelligence that God has placed in every individual in every world, could be applied to the human experience. The reader has a good chance of reading things they have never read before. Therefore, it is important to approach this book with an open mind and heart, so that it can reveal its wisdom.

One minor technical note is that when the book was first published, it was called “Wisdom from the Greater Community, Volume 1.” In later publications, it will be known as “Wisdom from the Greater Community, Book 1” This is because this book is Book 1 of Volume 6 of the New Message from God, and it was awkward to use the word volume to refer to a book in a volume with multiple books.

We Face Our Greatest Challenge Now

Something happened recently that is not well-known outside of the community of the New Message from God. On the last day of the previous decade, Marshall Vian Summers received a revelation, “The Great Turning Point for Humanity.” It is the most recent revelation of the New Message from God. Marshall shares his experience of receiving this revelation here [registration required]. The Society shared this revelation with the New Message community in January of 2020, and January of 2021.

This revelation is the first to be received on the eve of a new decade. This teaching mentions this decade on multiple occasions. I consider this to be relatively rare. I therefore consider this to be a particularly important teaching. I therefore plan to write a series of blog posts about this teaching. In each blog post, I will share a few of the paragraphs of the revelation, along with my experience of each paragraph. I will put my experience of each paragraph in brackets.

We face our greatest challenge now

At this great turning point, you stand at the threshold of great change in the world, greater than you yet realize, a greater change than has happened at any time in human history.

[Students of the New Message have been told this on many occasions, but to me, it is is as if we need to hear it yet again.]

For you stand at the threshold of a universe full of intelligent life. An Intervention from this universe has begun. And you face a new world reality, for humanity has changed the world in so many ways, and now it is changing on its own, in ways that you cannot yet control or predict.

[The book Life in the Universe speaks of this. The purpose of the Intervention is to gain control over Earth’s resources (including humanity). The new world reality is a reality of declining resources, affected climate, and environmental degradation.”]

At this great turning point, Heaven has sent a New Revelation into the world, a Revelation unlike anything that has been given to the world since the days of Muhammad. For these Revelations are only given at great turning points, representing a response to a great need and a great opportunity to uplift humanity, to prepare it for its next great stage of development.

[This New Revelation is the New Message from God. The New Message considers Jesus, Buddha and Mohammed as Messengers of the past. I make no claim to know how the days of these messengers were great turning points. But humanity faces a great turning point now.]

Those who are sensitive, those who are looking, those who are listening can feel the building of this power, this movement of life, this great change. And perhaps they have also been stirred, for God has been stirring people to prepare for these times, the great times of Revelation.

[We face our greatest challenge now. Is humanity’s pattern of resource consumption and environmental destruction sustainable? If not, when will humanity hit the wall? Many people have prayed for God to help a divided humanity.]

For why would God speak again to the world unless there was a great need—so great that the previous Revelations could not really address it completely or adequately, so great that God must speak again, despite all the denial and belief that this could happen? But only God knows when God will speak, and no one has the authority to proclaim this cannot be.

[Many Christians might think of Hebrews 1:1-2 (NIV) “In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.” Many Muslims might think of Surah 33:40 (Yusuf Ali translation) “Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.” But I dare to declare that God has spoken again.]

I have reached a stopping point. I will write more soon. But already it has been declared that God has spoken again, because our world is in great need. We face our greatest challenge now.

I See An Unidentified Standing Still Object

There has been a good deal of news recently regarding UFOs. This photo is one of the news items. It is said to have been “leaked” or unofficially released. The website The Debrief has done a good deal of work in investigating the context of this photo. They have spoken to members of the US Department of Defense, and members of the US Intelligence Community.

I see an unidentified standing still object

Anonymous sources tell us that someone took this photograph in 2018. The backseat weapons systems operator of an F/A-18 fighter jet took this picture with a cell phone camera. The fighter jet was somewhere off the east coast of the United States. This photo was part of a 2018 report from the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF). The pilots reported this object to be perfectly motionless, unlike a GPS dropsonde used in weather research. This photo has been widely distributed among the US Intelligence Community.

I see an unidentified standing still object. The UAPTF was only first mentioned in a 2020 New York Times article. But apparently it has been operating under that name as early as 2018. I infer from the wide distribution of the photo that the Intelligence Community is taking the UAPTF report seriously. The Department of Defense took roughly three years to confirm the leaked UFO videos of 2017 as genuine and complete. Will this photo be confirmed in three years? We’ll find out soon enough.

This May Be All The Disclosure We Get

Something happened on Monday, April 27, 2020 that received less attention than it deserved. The US Department of Defense confirmed that three videos that have been public since 2017 are both genuine and complete. Who took these videos? Pilots for the US Navy, while in flight training missions. What is in these videos? Flying objects moving at remarkable speeds and accelerations. Flying objects which could be neither identified nor intercepted. When did the pilots take these videos? In 2004 and 2015. Where did the pilots take these videos? The 2004 video is from off the coast of San Diego, California, USA. The 2015 video is from off the east coast of the United States. (I have written about this here.) Why did the pilots take these videos? The pilots took these videos because the pilots weren’t expecting to see these objects.

This may be all the disclosure we get

The Department of Defense confirmed that the flying objects in the videos remain unidentified to this day. No natural phenomenon has demonstrated this speed and acceleration. They are not known to be the military assets of any nation on Earth. They answered one question, only to leave a much larger question unanswered. Many people have contended that the videos were fake or edited. Between 2017 and the present, these videos have undergone intense scrutiny by interested parties. Many hoped to find evidence of fakery or inauthenticity. I imagine the April 27 confirmation disappointed them.

An admission against interest?

This may be all the disclosure we get. I wish to explore another aspect of this event. Can you imagine that the Department of Defense wishes to say that the flying objects in the videos remain unidentified? Would any military on Earth say “We do not know what this is” without significant motivation? I make no claim to know what this motivation might be. However, I consider the very existence of this confirmation to be evidence of its truth. This is known in legal proceedings as an “admission against interest.” The Department of Defense has a lack of incentive to make an embarrassing or damaging statement about itself. This is an indication of the statement’s reliability.

What consequences follow?

This may be all the disclosure we get. I realize some people will be greatly disappointed in this. I believe historians will note that in 2019 and 2020, unidentified flying objects (UFOs) took a great step forward in credibility. The United States government has admitted that these objects exist. They have confirmed they are something other than instrument errors or pilot hallucinations. What does this say about the 6,000 UFO reports in the United States in 2019? Are those camera errors or mass insanity? What does this say about the testimonies of people being taken against their will? Are they some kind of cultural delusion? Perhaps we need to reconsider some things we previously rejected.

Have your thoughts and feelings changed?

This may be all the disclosure we get. The New Message from God teaches what is currently a minority viewpoint on the subject of extraterrestrials.

1) Intelligent extraterrestrial life exists
2) Extraterrestrials are intervening in human affairs today
3) This extraterrestrial intervention is a threat to human freedom

I realize some people consider this not only false, but impossible. But many things once thought to be impossible have turned out to be so. Therefore a belief in the impossibility of something carries little weight with me. Could the April 27 confirmation make this a little less impossible for you?

How Do You Feel About Not Being Alone?

The New York Times published an article on May 26, 2019. The headline was “‘Wow, What Is That?’ Navy Pilots Report Unexplained Flying Objects.” The authors of this article are Helene Cooper, Ralph Blumenthal and Leslie Kean. Between May 26 and now, I have spoken with many people in my world about what is presented in this article.

Cooper, Blumenthal and Kean are also the authors of a New York Times article on the little-known Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, published in December of 2017. I consider these two articles to be a thread on the subject of unexplained flying objects.

Ralph Blumenthal was a reporter for the New York Times from 1964 to 2009, most notably for investigative crime reporting. I consider his contribution to these two articles to be a sign that the New York Times is taking this subject seriously.

On the other hand, when this article appeared in the New York Times, it appeared on Page A14, roughly halfway between the front page and the editorial page. Media commentator Glenn Reynolds wrote “What does it say about the news environment that the U.S. government admitted UFOs were real earlier this week, and it was like the fifteenth biggest story?” Which it was.

The US Navy destigmatized UFOs

How do you feel about not being alone? On April 23, 2019, Politico magazine published an article with the headline, “U.S. Navy drafting new guidelines for reporting UFOs.” The May 26 New York Times article described UFO sightings by US Navy pilots in 2014 and 2015. I consider these sightings to have contributed to the new guidelines described in the Politico article.

What do these sightings mean?

How do you feel about not being alone? No one in my world disputed the testimonies of Lt. Ryan Graves and Lt. Danny Accoin. Graves and Accoin are the two Navy fighter pilots who spoke publicly and on the record to the New York Times.

A Navy veteran I spoke with mentioned that at one time, reporting a UFO was hazardous to a pilot’s military career. Furthermore, it was hazardous to a post-military career as a commercial pilot as well. Besides Graves and Accoin, there were three other pilots who only spoke to the New York Times on conditions of anonymity. It takes a great deal of time, effort and resources to take a person from a pilot trainee to a pilot. I surmise that there have been many UFO sightings by many Navy pilots. Enough to make it unprofitable to consider a UFO sighting as a sign of mental instability.

Plenty of people in my world offered opinions regarding the significance of these sightings. One person suggested that some party was developing the capability of projecting illusions to the radar of military aircraft. Another person suggested that the objects sighted by the pilots were advanced military craft. Still another person suggested that it was impossible for these objects to be of extraterrestrial origin, because of the vast distances between stars.

At this point, history helps

How do you feel about not being alone? I know someone is reading this and thinking “Well, what about you, Douglas? What do you think and how do you feel about these things?” Like everyone else in my world, I accept the testimonies of Ryan Graves and Danny Accoin. I believe they saw what they said they saw. I believe they saw objects capable of both hypersonic speed and hovering in one spot. I believe they didn’t see what they said they didn’t see. I believe Danny Accoin didn’t see the object that his radar detected.

The pilots of that squadron considered it unlikely that the US military would introduce advanced craft into a training mission. In recent history, when the US military has obtained a superior weapon, it has used it. The US used an atomic bomb in World War II. The US has used cruise missiles (developed in the 1970s) and drone warfare (developed in the 1990s) in the 21st Century. Therefore, if the US military had a craft that could both travel at hypersonic speeds and hover in one spot, I believe it would use it. The only exception I know of is the hydrogen bomb.

What if it’s…not American?

When other nations have developed superior weapons, they have used them. Germany used the V-2 missile in World War II. Therefore, if the military of another nation on Earth had a craft that do these things, I believe it would use it. If a military force had the capability of projecting illusions to military aircraft, I believe it would use it.

Humans have considered the possibility of intelligent extraterrestrial life for a very long time. It took centuries to confirm the intuition that the sun is a star. It took centuries to confirm the intuition that there were planets orbiting stars other than our sun. Therefore, the fact that human intuition about intelligent extraterrestrial life has not yet been confirmed, carries little weight with me.

I realize this is improbable

I realize these ideas are considered improbable at this time. But at this point, I’m recalling the words of Sherlock Holmes: “How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?”

My People Are Reckless Blabbermouths

The prophet Isaiah experienced a powerful vision of God in chapter 6 of the book of Isaiah. His response to this vision?

“Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.” (Isaiah 6:5, New International Version)

My people are reckless blabbermouths

I consider Isaiah to be referring to the kingdom of Judah when he spoke of “a people of unclean lips.” I am conducting an experiment. I am keeping track of how it feels when I refer to humanity as “my people.” My people might be a people of unclean lips. My people are indisputably a people of overactive lips.

My people are reckless blabbermouths. We speak when we should be silent. We are silent when we should speak. Our speech is not informed by Knowledge, the deeper spiritual intelligence that God has placed within each person. This is how my people are a people of unclean lips. But this is not particularly newsworthy. Neither is it my primary complaint.

My people are reckless blabbermouths. My primary complaint is that my people broadcast a great deal of information about themselves into space. Radio, television, internet, it all goes out into space when it is sent to a satellite. My people send probes into interstellar space announcing ourselves. We have gone so far as beam messages into space in an attempt to contact extraterrestrial life. We act as if there will be no negative consequence to this. We act as if there could not possibly be any negative consequences to this.

My people are reckless blabbermouths. The New Message from God considers all of the above behavior to be both foolish and dangerous. Consider this paragraph from the book Life in the Universe:

“The wise remain hidden. Your world is known to a few, but not to many. You do not want to broadcast into the universe who you are and what you have. In the future, your radio technology will have to be completely changed. You cannot be broadcasting out into space. That only invites inquiry, interest and suspicion. Right now you think that there is no one else out there, that the universe is vast and empty and that there might be some distant planet somewhere that could receive your transmissions. If you understood the situation, you would see how dangerous and unwarranted this is.”

My people are reckless blabbermouths. My only consolation is that some of my people are starting to recognize the folly and danger of this. As evidence, I offer this quote from a review of the science-fiction novel “The Dark Forest” (黑暗森林) by Liu Cixin:

“At the end of the second volume [The Dark Forest is the second volume of a three-volume set], one of the main characters lays out the trilogy’s animating philosophy. No civilization should ever announce its presence to the cosmos, he says. Any other civilization that learns of its existence will perceive it as a threat to expand—as all civilizations do, eliminating their competitors until they encounter one with superior technology and are themselves eliminated. This grim cosmic outlook is called “dark-forest theory,” because it conceives of every civilization in the universe as a hunter hiding in a moonless woodland, listening for the first rustlings of a rival.”

My people are reckless blabbermouths. We will have to fix that to function successfully in a greater community of intelligent life.

He Spoke To Our Strength, Dreamed Of Our Success

The science fiction community is celebrating the contributions and mourning the departure of Jerry Pournelle (1933-2017) on September 8. The most well known obituary in national media I know of is the one written by Glenn Reynolds in USA Today. There are a number of things I wish to share about his life.

He spoke to our strength, dreamed of our success

Jerry Pournelle will be remembered for his collaborations with Larry Niven. Niven is an acclaimed science-fiction writer in his own right. Their partnership started in 1974 with The Mote in God’s Eye, a tale of humanity’s first contact with non-human intelligent life. This fertile partnership would continue until 2012, with many books, collections, and sequels. I consider this an illustration of one of the steps and teachings of Steps to Knowledge, the book of spiritual practice of the New Message from God. What’s a group effort? Everything. Everything that matters. Everything that helps someone. Step 45 of Steps to Knowledge declares:

“Alone you can do nothing. Nothing has ever been accomplished alone, even in your world. Nothing has ever been created alone, even in your mind.There is no credit to be received by doing something alone. Everything is a joint effort. Everything is the product of relationship.”

Jerry Pournelle and Larry Niven had a fruitful relationship.

He spoke to our strength, dreamed of our success. Niven and Pournelle explored various aspects of humanity’s emergence into a greater community of intelligent life. In the 1985 book Footfall, humanity experiences an alien invasion. I realize that doesn’t seem particularly inventive. But the invasion is an act of desperation by a race whose home world has experienced environmental destruction. The value of this book is the why, as opposed to the what.

He spoke to our strength, dreamed of our success. Maybe there are conflicts out there in Known Space, as Niven called it. How will humanity respond? Larry Niven introduced us to the Kzinti, a warlike species of cat-like aliens in the 1960s. Pournelle and Niven presided over fourteen volumes of the Man-Kzin Wars series as writers and editors.

He spoke to our strength, dreamed of our success. One of the distinctives of the New Message from God is a great deal of teaching and emphasis on humanity’s forthcoming emergence into a greater community of intelligent life. The books Greater Community Spirituality and Life in the Universe are instances of this. The interstellar neighborhood described in these books doesn’t resemble what has been imagined by Pournelle and Niven, but I appreciate the effort made to contemplate the future.

He spoke to our strength, dreamed of our success. The only Niven and Pournelle book I have actually read is Fallen Angels, written in 1991 with Michael Flynn. I took enjoyment in this book because it imagined a world where science and technology have been rejected in favor of crystals and feelings. It imagined a world where combating global warming had succeeded all too well and resulted in an ice age. Finally, it was a valentine to the golden age of science-fiction fandom in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s.

He spoke to our strength, dreamed of our success. Pournelle and Niven were known as “hard” science fiction writers. That means they not only imagined certain futures, but wrote about how the futures they imagined might actually exist. Fallen Angels is an instance of this, where there is a discussion of global temperature over the past few thousand years. And because of this, there was a certain strength to their optimism. In the future of Niven and Pournelle, humanity has a future. In the future of the New Message from God, humanity has a future if and only if it will prepare for it.

Exploring My Relationship With The New Messenger

I am exploring my relationship with the New Messenger.

I wrote this post two years ago and wish to revisit it today as my exploration continues.

I am exploring my relationship with the Messenger. He, Marshall Vian Summers, is bringing us the New Message from God. We, the people inspired by this New Message, call him the Messenger.

Now he is called the New Messenger, since his coming represents the next chapter in the progressive Revelation of God’s Will and Plan for humanity.

I have a unique opportunity to explore my relationship with the New Messenger as people inspired by the New Message gather in Boulder, CO for the 2016 Encampment.

Presently, students of the New Message from God gathered together in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado are considering the following questions:

–What could the emergence of a New Messenger mean for you, for others and for the world?

–What do you see about his mission and why he has come into the world?

This is my response:

The world cannot continue the way it has been going and hope to survive. So the New Message given to the world through the New Messenger is here to show us the way to survival and divert us from the road to disaster we are currently taking. For those with the eyes to see and the heart to know, the New Messenger is providing the antidote. This means that humanity has a chance of riding safely through the Great Waves of Change and adapting to Life in the Universe with its spirituality and freedom intact. To paraphrase what Marshall said in his Proclamation to the world on September 10 (he begins speaking at the 41.50-minute mark), this is the first time in history that every word of the Revelation is being presented live through the Messenger in pure and uncorrupt form. This is his mission and he is carrying it out with the power of Heaven behind him.

This is my new understanding, while much of what I wrote two years ago still holds true for me today.

Exploring my relationship with the New Messenger

The Revelation titled “The Origin of the Messenger” opens with:

People have no idea what it means to be a Messenger or how Messengers are selected or prepared. They want to worship heroes or deny them altogether.

They want to believe the Messenger is the Message, but the Message is always greater than the Messenger. People will base their whole view and approach on their attitude towards the Messenger, but the Message is always more important.

People cannot live with the Message, so they obsess over the Messenger.

I am happy to say that I do not obsess over the Messenger, nor is he a hero I worship. I do not expect him to do anything for me, I do not think he is responsible for my happiness, nor do I think he is responsible for my reclamation of Knowledge.

What he does for me is show me the way; he provides me with the tools to build a meaningful and purposeful life. I am referring specifically here to Steps to Knowledge, but the entire Revelation provides a wealth of information to explore.

How can he do this?

He says he came into the world carrying a body of information within him. In the Steps to Knowledge Vigil held this year from May 26-June 13, Marshall spoke during the Opening Broadcast beginning at the 1.05 minute mark and likened this to a pregnancy. He said he was indeed pregnant, not only with Steps to Knowledge, but with the whole Revelation. And he was literally waiting to birth it. I find this credible. He underwent the preparation, he was uncertain and unsure at first about his abilities to manage this enormous task, but once it started, once it was underway, he had no choice but to go with it, succumbing to the flow, letting it happen, and assuming the immense responsibility it entailed. He could not fail at this.

I find greater clarification in “The Story of the Messenger:”

Before he was sent into the world, the Angelic Host prepared him and placed deep within his mind the awareness and the understanding that he would later bring into the world—Knowledge and Wisdom from the universe, from the most advanced races in the universe; an understanding of the future of the world and where humanity is heading in its evolution and all of the great hazards and risks associated with this; a greater understanding of human relationships that would give him a greater maturity as he would grow up in the world.

These were all placed deep within him, beneath the surface of the mind—later to be discovered, later to emerge and later to resonate with the Revelation itself. For the Revelation would not be foreign to him because of what has been given to him before he came into the world.

Marshall received and continues to receive the revelations of the New Message from Unseen Ones beyond this world. They are also referred to as the Angelic Assembly, the Power and Presence, the Angelic Host. For me these are names that help to put the unfathomable into a frame of human reference. Just as the name God. I find this credible. I believe people living in a physical reality are able to receive information from beyond this world.

I have watched many videos with Marshall’s participation. I find him to be a man with a simple, unassuming, natural, and uncontrived way of talking and behaving. I find the things he says touch a deep chord of recognition within me.

The Messenger also sings.

My relationship with the New Messenger is growing and expanding as more of the mystery is revealed.

Volumes and Books and Chapters and Verses

It is common for the source documents of many religions to be organized into smaller units to facilitate study and reference. The Dhammapada is a collection of sayings of the Buddha in verse form. It has 26 chapters, with each chapter having both a number and a name. Early Christians created chapter divisions for the books of the Bible. The ones used today were formulated in the 13th Century. The verse divisions used today were created in the 1500’s. Each of the surahs or chapters of the Quran have both names and numbers. The surahs are divided into ayahs or verses.

The New Message from God is following in this tradition. A major reorganization of the written works of the New Message from God is currently underway. This is part of the even larger project of compiling a final written version of the New Message from God in the lifetime of Marshall Vian Summers.

God Has Spoken Again is Volume 1, Book 1 (There are a number of other books to be released in the future which will be in Volume 1)

Volumes and books and chapters and verses. One could consider the Bible as existing in two volumes (Old and New Testaments), with Volume 1 having 39 books (Genesis to Malachi) and Volume 2 having 27 books (Matthew to Revelation)

Volumes and books and chapters and verses. The book God Has Spoken Again is the first book to be released in verse form. The verses aren’t currently numbered, but they could be in the future. The existing books will be re-released in verse form in the future. Therefore, the larger vision is that each part of the New Message from God will be identifiable by volume, book, chapter and verse. For example, the portions of the revelation “The Proclamation” on which I have commented are Volume 1, Book 1, Chapter 1, Verses 1-12.
