Another Book, Not Just Another Book

This time of the year is when the New Message from God releases a book. For example, the book Life in the Universe was released in the fall of 2012. The book Secrets of Heaven was released in the fall of 2013. In the fall of 2015, a new book is being released, God Has Spoken Again.

Another book, not just another book

This book is like the other books in that they are all comprised of material received by Marshall Vian Summers in a state of revelation.

Another book, not just another book. This book is different from the other books in that the chapters of this book were received in different times and different places. For example, Chapter 1, “The Proclamation,” was received in July of 2006 in Boulder, Colorado, while Chapter 7, “The Blessing,” was received in April of 2007 in Istanbul, Turkey.

Another book, not just another book. In October of 2014, I wrote that efforts are being made to compile a complete written version of the New Message from God during the lifetime of its messenger, Marshall Vian Summers. This book is the first book released by the New Message from God to be released as part of the 6-volume set of teachings. This book is not Volume 1. This book is the first of seven books so far comprising Volume 1. This book is Volume 1, Book 1.

Another book, not just another book. Some people are wondering “How much do they want for this book?” The answer is “It depends.” The paper version is currently available for $14.95. An online version was made available this month at no charge at the newly-remodeled New Message from God website. Therefore, this is clearly not a money-making venture, although it wouldn’t hurt to break even.

Another book, not just another book. It is my sincere hope that this book will be read and contemplated by individuals who seek to be strong contributors to humanity.

[Я полагаю, что становится ясным по ходу дела, что фраза “Новое Послание” подразумевается нечто больше, чем новое учение, новое пророчество или новая интерпретация существующей правды. «Новое Послание» пишется заглавными буквами, потому что люди, которые делали транскрипцию этого откровения, хотят таким образом подчеркнуть его важность.]

“Это дар от Творца всей жизни”.

[Не только вся жизнь на нашей планете, но и вся жизнь во всей вселенной. Тут, я вспоминаю слова «Творец всего сущего”. (Сурат Аль-Фатиха (Сура 1) Корана, перевода Мухаммеда Асада.]

“Оно переведено на человеческий язык и понимание благодаря Ангельскому Присутствию, наблюдающему за этим миром.”

Вступление в великое сообщество интеллектуальной жизни с неповрежденным суверенитетом и свободой. Этим и не исчерпаны эти простые, сильные слова. Но я, пожалуй, довольствуюсь пока предоставлением этой начальной части простого, сильного провозглашения.]

A Simple, Powerful Proclamation

I conducted an experiment in the past year. I wrote a series of posts on the New Message from God revelation “The Race to Save Human Civilization.” The idea was to take a few paragraphs from this teaching in each post and consider each paragraph. I got about two-thirds of the way through the teaching before I was distracted by something unrelated. But it seemed like a good idea at the time. Therefore, I am going to do this again, but with a different revelation, one called “The Proclamation.”

A simple, powerful proclamation

“The Proclamation” was received by Marshall Vian Summers in July of 2006.

There is a New Message from God in the World.

[I believe it will become clear as we proceed, that the phrase “New Message” is meant to convey something greater than a new teaching, a new prophesy or a new explanation of existing truth. It should be noted that the capitalizations did not appear in the audio of the revelation, but were introduced in the transcription.]

It has come from the Creator of all life.

[Not just all life here, but all life throughout the universe. At this point, I recall the term “Sustainer of all the worlds.” (Surat Al-Fatiha (Sura 1) of the Quran, Muhammad Asad translation.]

It has been translated into human language and understanding through the Angelic Presence that oversees this world.

[The Christian martyr Stephen declared to his accusers that the law was given by angels. (Acts 7:53, New International Version). The apostle Paul declared that the law was given through angels (Galatians 3:19, New International Version). Muslims believe that Mohammed received the Quran from the angel Gabriel (Surat Al-Baqarah (Sura 2) of the Quran, Maulawi Sher Ali translation). In later revelations there is quite a bit of elaboration regarding the nature and activity of the Angelic Presence that oversees this world. Therefore, I consider it important, even if I don’t yet fully grasp the implication.]

It continues the great series of transmissions from the Creator that have occurred over centuries and millennia.

[Later revelations speak of the teachings of Jesus, Buddha and Mohammed as what is meant by “the great series of transmissions.”]

It fulfills the former great Messages that have been given to humanity, and yet it reveals things that have never been shown to humanity before, for humanity is now facing a grave and perilous set of challenges, both within the world and from beyond the world.

[I recall Jesus saying he came not to abolish the Law or the Prophets, but to fulfill them (Matthew 5:17, New International Version). What are the grave and perilous challenges? Destructive warfare between tribes, nations and religions. Restoring a natural world that has been degraded by our patterns of resource consumption and environmental use. Sustaining a growing population in a world of declining resources. Emerging into a greater community of intelligent life with intact sovereignty and freedom. There are a great many more things that could be said about these simple, powerful words. But for now, I am content to share this portion of a simple, powerful proclamation.]

I Confess To A Mysterious World

This blog has been in existence since October 2012. But it has occurred to me that many people might be visiting for the first time, and wondering what this is all about.

I confess to a mysterious world

I testify that there is a beautiful thing in the world at this moment. This beautiful thing is called The New Message from God.

How long has it been here, you ask? It has been in the world in one form or another, since 1982. The name “New Message from God” for this body of material emerged gradually between the years 2006 and 2010.

How did it get here? It came through a man named Marshall Vian Summers. I have met him on multiple occasions, the last one being in October of 2014.

Why is it here? There are multiple answers to this. I believe many people, grieved over the things done in the name of their faith, have prayed for a remedy. The New Message from God teaches that humanity faces unprecedented challenges, and therefore God has spoken again. There is a God, and we need Him now.

What form is it in? It exists in a large number of individual revelations. Some of these revelations are available at the New Message from God website. They can be read, and the voice of revelation which speaks through Marshall Vian Summers can be heard. It also exists in a number of books such as Steps to Knowledge, The Great Waves of Change, and Life in the Universe.

What does it teach? It teaches individuals to access the source of inner power and authority, which is styled “Knowledge.” It teaches humanity that it must unite. It teaches humanity that it must alter its patterns of consumption and environmental use. It teaches that humanity must prepare to emerge into a greater community of intelligent life.

I realize that this is not something one encounters everyday. I confess to a mysterious world. I believe that the New Message from God could greatly assist the human family in the days and years to come.

Abiding With Knowledge

Abiding with Knowledge does take practice.

On August 13, 2015, I completed Steps to Knowledge for the second time. Steps to Knowledge is a spiritual practice consisting of 365 Steps. Ideally, this suggests doing one step a day and completing the entire practice in one year. Fortunately, this is not a rigid requirement. I began on June 25, 2014, which means it took me one year, one month and nineteen days to complete the practice. If I compare this to the first time I did Steps (beginning on November 7, 2012 and finishing on June 24, 2014. i.e. one year, seven months and seventeen days), this is an upstat. However, Steps are very gracious in that they place the emphasis on persevering and keeping on, regardless of the time this takes. You keep taking the next Step, no matter how long it has taken you to do the previous one. The main thing is not to give up entirely.

I wrote in my journal after completing Steps the first time:

“It has taken me longer than a year to do Steps this first time, but I have kept on consistently without abandoning my practice, so I do feel that I have accomplished something and am dedicated to continuing the climb up the mountain.”

Abiding with Knowledge

What can I say this time?

I can certainly say again that I kept on consistently without abandoning my practice. But there were no fireworks, there was no trumpeting in triumph, there was not even a strong feeling of accomplishment and progress. I even thought to myself, “Perhaps I didn’t do it right?”

However, Knowledge is subtle and quiet. It works silently in the background, beneath the surface, unobtrusively and serendipitously. It takes a quiet mind to appreciate it.

And that is what I feel I have accomplished this time. I am learning to quiet my mind and appreciate the difference between this quiet state of mind, when the truth shines through, and the chaotic noisy state of mind that so often clamors for attention. I am learning to abide with Knowledge. But abiding with Knowledge takes practice.

This was brought specifically to my attention on the day I completed Steps for the second time. My attention was drawn to Step 226 – Knowledge is with me. I will not be afraid.

“New habits of thinking and behaving can be instilled and strengthened. It is merely the result of applying your mind. It is the result of practice.”

“Abide with Knowledge which will undo all the habits that have cast themselves against you and the world.”

Yes, abiding with Knowledge takes practice, but it can be achieved. I truly feel as I continue to practice Steps of Knowledge that I am learning to distinguish between the true things that come from Knowledge and the unsubstantial thoughts and ideas that bombard my surface mind. I am undoing all the habits that have cast themselves against me and the world, and I am instilling and strengthening new habits of thinking and behaving.

So I definitely recommend persevering with this practice. Take the Steps to Knowledge, take them with dedication and commitment. Persevere, keep going, carry on, and you are sure to reap the benefits. I, for one, can vouch that this is my experience.

I Prefer To Think We’re Getting Better

While the world has been recalling the 70th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, I prefer to celebrate a different anniversary. Monday, August 10, 2015, marks 70 years without humanity using a nuclear weapon in warfare. Furthermore, humanity has gone 2 years, 5 months and 28 days without a nuclear test. The last confirmed test was conducted by North Korea in February 2013. The Hiroshima Carp baseball team are playing a game in Mazda Zoom-Zoom Stadium in the above picture. The Clover Garden of Nagasaki is in the picture below.

I prefer to think we’re getting better

There is yet another positive development I wish to consider. The United States tested a hydrogen bomb on November 1, 1952. A hydrogen bomb or a thermonuclear weapon, uses the energy from a primary nuclear fission reaction to compress and ignite a secondary nuclear fusion reaction. The result is greatly increased explosive power when compared to single-stage fission weapons. Therefore, one could refer to atomic bombs as fission weapons, and hydrogen bombs as fusion weapons. A Russian hydrogen bomb tested in 1961 had roughly 1,350–1,570 times the combined power of the bombs that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

I prefer to think we’re getting better. Russia tested a fusion weapon in 1955. The UK tested a hydrogen bomb in 1957. China tested a fusion bomb in 1967. France tested a hydrogen bomb in 1968. Therefore, humanity has gone 47 years without a nation developing a fusion weapon. Therefore, each of the above nations has gone a number of years without using their most destructive weapon. I consider this to represent a certain evolution on the part of both humanity. Perhaps I shall celebrate the non-use of fusion bombs by these nations in the future.

I prefer to think we’re getting better. There is a certain concern in my world that certain nations with fission weapons (Pakistan and North Korea) will not refrain from using them. There is a certain concern in my world that certain nations (Iran and Saudi Arabia) will acquire fission weapons in the not-too-distant future. What am I going to do about this? Shall I cry out in protest? Shall I advocate certain political positions and policies? Shall I engage and confront certain individuals and organizations?

I prefer to think we’re getting better. I am working on becoming a stronger and better human being. I am taking the Steps to Knowledge. Knowledge is described as “the deeper intelligence that the Creator of all life has placed within each person to guide them, to protect them and to lead them to their greater accomplishments in life.” I am not in denial. I am not simply trying to project a preferred outcome. I am seeing what is transpiring, and I am altering my conclusions regularly as the situation changes. I seek to contribute strength of character and strength of faculties of mind. I am watching—watching without coming to fixed conclusions, watching without condemning the world, watching without losing hope, watching without becoming jaded or cynical, watching without blaming leaders or individuals or nations, watching the changing landscapes of the world.

Я продолжаю держать путь

Больше года назад, я описала свой путь по мере того, как я начинала заниматься Шагами к Знанию.

Выкладываю свой пост ещё раз тут, а потом опишу, как жизнь складывается сегодня, по мере того, как я продолжаю держать свой путь.

Я дерзко держу путь по мере того, как продолжаю заниматься “Шагами к Знанию“.

Шаг 41. Я не боюсь Божьей силы стал некой ключевой точкой для меня в своем осознании и признании Божьей силы. Этот Шаг гласит о том, чтобы не бояться Божьей силы, и более того, не бояться дерзко двигаться вперед, чтобы разведывать самое естественное.

В тот день, 18 декабря 2012 г., когда я занималась этим шагом, мое внимание обращалось на стихи Роберта Фроста «Другая Дорога».

ДРУГАЯ ДОРОГА

Еще я вспомню когда-нибудь
Далекое это утро лесное:
Ведь был и другой предо мною путь,
Но я решил направо свернуть —
И это решило все остальное.

Главное для меня, это то, что поэт не знал, по какому пути следовать, не знал, какой путь выбирать, а может потом он будет жалеть о выбранном, может лучше бы, если бы он пошел по второму пути? Но вряд ли будет возможжность проверить. Он не может знать, куда лучше пойти, поэтому он совершил прыжок в неизвестность, а оказалось, что это было то, что надо.

Так было со мной, когда я резко изменила свою жизнь и переехала в Россию. Я дерзко держала путь в неизвестность, и это решило всё остальное.

Вот почему эти стихи нашли такой отклик у меня, когда я проходила этот Шаг.

Я продолжаю держать путь

Вот сегодня я могу утвердить эти слова. Путь в неизвестность продолжается и моя давняя мечта сбывается.

Вчера я дошла до Шага 349 (из 365) по второму туру. Он называется “Я счастлива, что теперь я могу служить истине.”

В нем написана: “Всё, чего ты истинно хотела, передается тебе сейчас.”

Я именно такое испытываю сегодня. Я мечтала о жизни в лоно природы (о котором пишу в своем посте выше “Мечта сбывается”), а сегодня я ей полсностью живу.

Тот путь, по которому я отправилась почти 3 года назад, продолжается сегодня со всеми его счастливыми открытиями.

Для меня это подтверждение того, что я правильно выбрала свой путь.
